Conserve Water and Electricity

Eskom’s Recent Application for a 34% increase in electricity charges is becoming very expensive.

Holiday makers are again requested to take care when using the air-conditioned flats, as this will help towards a reduction of electricity usage. Members are requested to switch off the air conditioning when leaving their flats. On returning, when required, switch on the air con and within 5 minutes you will experience the effect of the air con. Turn down when a comfortable level of coolness is reached.

Water conservation is also of utmost importance as water shortages are experienced at many of the Towns and Cities where the Fund owns its property. Penalties are paid by owners who do not care in the way they use water and electricity.
